My public relations experience includes years managing at KLPR in Chicago and ongoing work with Jasper Paul PR out of St. Louis. My freelance business kicked off in 2024 with C__Louise PR on hospitality clients in Chicago and St. Louis clients Noto Pizza and Bormio.
My hospitality experience includes one year of pastry at Publican Quality Bread, wine harvests at Field Recordings Winery (Paso Robles), Canestrini Wines (Castel Campagnano), and Chateau Civrac (Bordeaux), and two years of serving with Txa Txa Club.
